Where is the „zero energy” apartment located in Oradea?

There is a „pure blood” zero energy apartment in Oradea. (Regarded to heating and cooling) We might look at it with skepticism at first … However the whole building is outstanding. It truly is.

I don’t know the identity of the architect/s and constructors for now… but they did a blissfully amazing job. The „bases” are flawless.

2 specific apartments within the dwelling caught my attention immediately. They left in the dust anything I’ve ever seen. It’s world-class. A „pure blood”.

Convinced religiously that within this building there are 1-2 extraordinary apartments !!! It’s monthly maintenance outshines anything. Their „cutting edge” performance is random … and it’s based on mere luck. You’ll see why.

It might be a good idea to gather and depict the differences one by one. We’ll be able to apply some of the ideas within our existing, or future homes as well. Basically you can save a pile of cash. (both seasons)
