Suntem fie aici, fie acolo, suntem fie \u00een mi\u0219care, fie nu. Nu exist\u0103 nici o zon\u0103 de mijloc. Doar c\u0103 nu observ\u0103m asta tot timpul.<\/p>\n
C\u00e2nd \u00eencepem s\u0103 ascult\u0103m expresia simpl\u0103 \u0219i clar\u0103 a corpului nostru, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m multe despre noi. \u0218i c\u00e2nd suntem con\u0219tien\u021bi de ceea ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een interiorul nostru, suntem mai dispu\u0219i s\u0103 l\u0103s\u0103m corpul s\u0103 ne vorbeasc\u0103. Vom lucra cu harta mi\u0219c\u0103rii dezvoltat\u0103 de Gabrielle Roth, numit\u0103 5Rhythms, cu o aten\u021bie special\u0103 pentru rimul staccato. Ne vom onora mi\u0219c\u0103rile, explor\u00e2nd structura propriului corp, privindu-ne mi\u0219c\u0103rile ca pe o oper\u0103 de art\u0103. Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce vom practica aceast\u0103 medita\u021bie \u00een mi\u0219care, claritatea va ap\u0103rea f\u0103r\u0103 nici un efort. Razele calde ale propriei aten\u021bii vor coace mi\u0219c\u0103rile corpului spre o vie perfec\u021biune.<\/p>\n
Oricine dore\u0219te s\u0103 lucreze la propria claritate este binevenit\/\u0103. Nu este necesar\u0103 nici un fel de experien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i po\u021bi s\u0103 participi indiferent de abilit\u0103\u021bile fizice. Am avut persoane pe ringul de dans at\u00e2t de \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u00eenc\u00e2t abia se puteau mi\u0219ca, dar puteau dansa foarte frumos. Am avut participan\u021bi f\u0103r\u0103 vedere \u0219i mame \u00een a opta lun\u0103 de sarcin\u0103. A\u0219a c\u0103 ai nevoie de scuze mai bune pentru a nu veni! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

„Clarity is momentum that has no resistance in it.” – Esther Hicks<\/p>\n
On this workshop we’ll put our focus on the clarity of our movements. We all have clarity in us. In our physical existence we are already clear in our presence. We are either here, or there, we are either moving or not. There is no grey zone. Sometimes we just don’t notice this.<\/p>\n
When we start listening to the simple and clear expressions of our bodies we learn a lot about ourselves. And when we are aware of what’s happening within us, then we will be able to let our bodies talk more clearly towards others. We will be able to support our clarity instead of preventing it.<\/p>\n
Because
\nclarity
\nis
\nsimple.
\nReally.<\/p>\n
Finding more clarity doesn’t mean that we need to do more. On the contrary: we need to do less.<\/p>\n
We will work with the movement map of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms with a special care on staccato. We will be honoring our movements, exploring the structures of our bodies, viewing our movements as we view a piece of art. As we practice this movement meditation clarity will emerge without effort. The warm rays of our attention will ripen the movements of our bodies into vivid perfection.<\/p>\n
Everybody is welcome who are willing to work on their clarity. No dance experience is needed and you can participate with any level of physical skills or capabilities. I had people on the dance floor so old they could barely walk, but they could dance beautifully. I had blind participant and mothers in their 8th month of pregnancy. So you need better excuses than these for not coming! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
